Social Media ACCOUNT Manager

Job Description:

The Social Media Account Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns.
  • Create and curate high-quality content, including photo and video editing.
  • Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and build a community around the brand.
  • Stay informed about best practices and tools for social media management and analytics.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter) and how to grow brands on these channels.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
  • Passion for social media and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies.

  • Increase brand awareness and engagement across all social media platforms.
  • Grow the brand's social media following and improve audience interaction.
  • Optimize social media advertising campaigns for better ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to guide strategy.

Work Culture:

  • Timings: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM (1 hour Lunch + Tea Break)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: Margao
  • Probation Period: 6 Months
