Research & Development Assistant

Job Description:

The Research & Development Assistant will assist in conducting research, analyzing data, and developing new products or improving existing ones. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in research methodologies, data analysis, and technical documentation, with a keen interest in technology and innovation.

Technical Requirements:

  • Assist in all research and development work.
  • Support the manager by handling administrative and research-based tasks to free up their time.
  • Prepare research papers, documents, presentations and write case studies.
  • Help develop businesses and communicate with others, using new age information tools and resources.
  • Improve existing processes and procedures to reduce errors and costs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong research skills, including literature review, policy document analysis, and interviews.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Independent email/letter drafting skills.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in entrepreneurship is preferred.

Goals:

  • Act as the manager's first point of contact, supporting them in administrative and research tasks.
  • Identify, develop, and execute new businesses, products, and services by understanding target customers' needs and connecting data points.
  • Ensure appropriate data reaches executives within and outside the company.
  • Enhance existing processes to reduce errors and costs.

Work Culture:

  • Timings: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM (1 hour Lunch + Tea Break)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: Margao
  • Probation Period: 6 Months
