Goa State Innovation Council (GSInC), an initiative by the Department of Science, Technology & Waste Management, Government of Goa, plays a pivotal role in fostering innovation and technological advancement across the state. With an aim to bridge the gap between academia, industry, and government, GSInC supports innovators and entrepreneurs through various initiatives such as Goa’s only state-managed 3D Printing and Prototyping Lab, Innovation Clubs in academic institutions, and startup ecosystem facilitation.
Despite being a hub for future-forward thinking, the Council’s digital presence no longer reflected its progressive mission. The existing WordPress-based website lacked the modern design, structure, and performance needed to engage users effectively. To resolve this, GSInC partnered with CodeRelix to design and develop a fully customized website using the Laravel framework, prioritizing performance, accessibility, and scalability.
